Product Formats and Licensing Options

We offer our products in both electronic and hard copy formats, each with different licensing options to suit your needs.

Electronic Format

After receipt of your order and payment, the product will be delivered to you via email, either as a PDF attachment or through a download link. Electronic copies are typically available in PDF format but may also be provided in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Access formats. The available format for each product is specified on its respective product page.

Licensing Options for Electronic Products:

  • Single User License:
    This license grants access to a specific report for one person only. The report must not be shared with other employees within the same company.
  • Multi User License:
    With this license, access is granted to a specific report for 2 to 5 users within the same department of the same company. This allows for broader internal use while maintaining restrictions on sharing outside the designated group.
  • Corporate User License:
    This license allows access to a specific report across the entire company, including subsidiaries or affiliated companies within the same corporate group. It includes both electronic and printed access, providing maximum flexibility for company-wide use.

Hard Copy Format

For hard copy orders, the product will be shipped to you in either a hard or soft cover format. After receipt of your order and payment, your hard copy report will be carefully packaged and sent to your specified delivery address.

We offer multiple payment options to make the purchasing process as convenient as possible for you:

Credit Card / Debit Card

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, including:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • Diners Club
  • JCB
  • American Express
  • And other major credit/debit cards.

Simply select your preferred card option during checkout and follow the prompts to complete your transaction securely.

Bank Wire Transfer

If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, you can make a direct payment to our bank account. Once you have placed an order, we will email you an invoice with the necessary banking details to complete the transfer. Please note that payments via wire transfer may take a few business days to process.

Order Confirmation and Delivery

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed by our bank, we will send the report/product to your email within 4-6 working days. Please allow for processing time as needed, especially in cases of custom orders.

Email Delivery

To ensure you receive your report or product without delay, we recommend whitelisting our email domain @trnaspireinsight.com in your email security settings. This will help ensure that our emails reach your inbox and are not mistakenly sent to junk or trash folders. If you experience any issues with receiving your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, and feel free to contact us if needed.
